The Establishment is a big band based in Nashville , and touring all of Middle Tennessee for the last 30 years, this band has won legions of loyal fans wherever they have appeared. The 20 piece, tightly rehearsed ensemble, also features both a male and female vocalist. The "Establishment" is a registered not-for-profit corporation. The band's large repertoire, experience, and their obvious delight in playing the music, make them the perfect choice for virtually any function, - civic, corporate or a private gala. The profit from it's appearances goes to promote young student music programs such as the Blair School of Vanderbilt University, and the W. O . Smith Community Music School.

Another dance band in the Nashville area is the Stardusters. Based in Nashville, TN, this great 14-piece big band, formed in 1989, features many of Nashville's top Jazz Musicians. While the orchestra specializes in the Big Band dance styles of the 30's, 40's and 50's, their large repertoire includes music for most any occasion, - small or large, private or public. Among their work, The Stardusters have backed such vocal stars as Gail Farrell and Ron Anderson from the Lawrence Welk show. If you are planning a dance, wedding reception or any special event, call them now - they make any event very special, and very successful, and importantly, they are affordable. In the Cookeville area, between Nashville & Knoxville there is The Big Band Sound led by O.J Cummins.

On the concert music side, there is the Nashville Wind Ensemble directed by Dr. Steve Rhodes at Lipscomb University.
